About the Founder

Joshua Young

My foundation in the culinary world was built in a humble diner during high school, where I developed the discipline, speed, and precision that define great cooking. What started as an entry-level position quickly evolved into a leadership role as head cook, where I refined my ability to execute consistently and lead under pressure.

Early in my career, I was recognized by someone who saw potential beyond the diner walls and offered me an opportunity that would shape the next decade of my life. For the past 10 years, I have served as a chef within a senior living community, where I’ve had the privilege of preparing meals for residents who value quality, comfort, and care above all else.

That experience instilled in me a deeper philosophy: food is not just about flavor—it’s about service, intention, and respect for those you are feeding.

While honing my craft professionally, I continued to develop my culinary voice outside of the kitchen—hosting private dinners, curating menus for friends and family, and refining techniques that balance elevated presentation with bold, approachable flavors.

Over the past two years, that passion naturally expanded into catering—providing thoughtfully crafted menus for private events, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. Each event became an opportunity to bring a higher level of detail, professionalism, and creativity to the table.

Today, I bring that same standard into my own catering company—where every dish is prepared with purpose, every menu is intentional, and every event is treated as a unique experience.

This is not just catering. It is hospitality at its highest level—rooted in years of dedication, driven by passion, and centered on serving others with excellence.
